Spacely – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using Spacely’s services (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• User: Anyone who uses the Spacely platform to search, book, or list a venue.
• Venue Partner: A business or individual listing a space on Spacely for rent.
• Premium Listing: A paid feature offering increased visibility and a "Verified" badge.
• Verified Badge: A mark of trust after basic verification by the Spacely team.

3. Use of Platform

• Venue owners must ensure all information provided is accurate, including photos, amenities, availability, and pricing.
• Spacely reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listings that are misleading or violate our policies.
• Users must not use the platform for unlawful activities.

4. Venue Onboarding

Spacely is offering free onboarding to all venues.

5. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation.
• Spacely may act as an intermediary to facilitate communication and payments between users and venue owners.

6. Commission & Subscription

• Spacely may charge a service fee or commission on confirmed bookings (if applicable, based on chosen model).
• Premium listings are based on monthly or annual subscription plans, which may vary over time.

7. Termination

Spacely reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms or is involved in fraudulent activity.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Spacely is a listing and discovery platform and does not own or manage any of the venues.
• We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from bookings or services between venue partners and customers.

9. Privacy

• User data is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Venue Partners:

• Onboarding is free for all venue partners.
• If you purchase a Premium Listing or Verified Badge and later decide to cancel:
  • Full refund within 7 days of payment, provided services (badge, promotion, etc.) haven’t been delivered.
  • No refund after 7 days or once services have been activated or utilized.

For Users (Bookers):

• Refund policies for users booking venues depend on the cancellation terms set by the venue.
• Spacely encourages clear cancellation and refund terms to be mentioned on each venue listing.

General Notes:

• Any refund approved will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Spacely reserves the right to refuse a refund if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
